1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.



2. Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.




3. Shipping Carriers


We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

USPS (United States Postal Service)

UPS (United Parcel Service)



4. Estimated Delivery Times

U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

U.S. Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days after processing.



Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or holidays.



5. Tracking Your Order


Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.



7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is shipped, KINSANE is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged packages caused by the carrier. Please reach out directly to the shipping service for help in those situations.

If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We recommend providing a secure shipping address to avoid theft.


 

8. International Shipping Policy

A. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

B. Delivery Timeframes (Non-Guaranteed)

International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local postal services. KINSANE is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers once the order has shipped.

C. Customs Delays & Seizures

KINSANE is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or confiscated by customs authorities.

D. Incorrect Address / Refused Packages

If an international order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay duties/taxes, or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for all original and return shipping costs.

E. Tracking

Tracking is provided for international shipments; however, tracking updates may be limited once the package enters the destination country.
