KINSANE maintains a strict and transparent return policy to ensure fairness and product integrity.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

• Requests submitted after this period will not be approved under any circumstance.


Condition Requirements


Returned items must be in absolute original condition, including:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• No stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

• All original tags attached

• Original packaging included


Any item failing inspection will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

All returns require prior written authorization.

Unapproved returns will be refused.


Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


KINSANE is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.


We recommend selecting a secure delivery location when placing your order.


Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are issued only after inspection.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• Processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Clear photographic evidence is required


Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

 

International Orders Returns & Refunds Policy:

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • Orders refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or incorrect address information will not be eligible for a refund of original shipping fees.
  • Any additional costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
