KINSANE maintains a strict and transparent return policy to ensure fairness and product integrity.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
• Requests submitted after this period will not be approved under any circumstance.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in absolute original condition, including:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• No stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
• All original tags attached
• Original packaging included
Any item failing inspection will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior written authorization.

Unapproved returns will be refused.
Shipping Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
KINSANE is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
We recommend selecting a secure delivery location when placing your order.
Refund Processing
• Approved refunds are issued only after inspection.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Clear photographic evidence is required
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Policy Enforcement
KINSANE reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy. Abuse of the return system may result in future order restrictions.
