A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal (if enabled), and Shopify Payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.


Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

A: Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at kinsaneusa@gmail.comwithin 24 hours. After processing begins, we cannot make changes.



Shipping


Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business daysafter shipping. International delivery times vary (7–21 business days).


Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes — free U.S. shipping on orders over $100.


Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.



Exchanges & Returns


Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We do not offer refunds — only exchanges.


Q: How do I request an exchange?

A: Contact us at kinsaneusa@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.


Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Q: Are your sizes true to fit?

A: Yes, our clothing is designed for a true athletic fit. Check the size chart on each product if applicable.


Q: Will sold-out items be restocked?

A: No, Kinsane currently only ships to United States . International shipping coming soon!
